However, please note that our garment printing service is available only via telephone or email orders, or as a follow up service to orders submitted online. When you are making your order online, there will be an option to check a box which instructs us to contact you about your full requirements. This will then be handled via phone or email.

SUPPLYING ARTWORK
If you send us your artwork on disc or via email please ensure that the files are supplied in a Mac or PC drawing package, ideally Adobe Illustrator with the suffix .ai format. Please also ensure that all colour references are supplied. This may include Pantone colour references which will enable us to match the colours of your existing club crest or sponsors logos.

All text must be converted to curves if not supplying fonts.

Please also ensure that artwork has to be saved as any of the following file formats:
.ai - Adobe Illustrator
.jpeg - high resolution bitmap images only
.tif - high resolution bitmap images only

All of this will greatly aid us in processing your order more accurately and efficiently. Inability to supply the correct information and file formats may result in slightly unexpected results and delay delivery of your decorated order.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please check your goods carefully upon delivery before carrying out printing/embroidery via a thrid party supplier. Futsal UK Store are unable to exchange goods or accept responsibility for incorrect product deliveries after customisation by sources other than Samba Soccer.

Futsal UK Store is unable to offer advice on the application of decorative products other than those it supplies and will not accept liability for any damage and/or discolouration attributed to decorative products.

CHARGES
If artwork is supplied in any of the acceptable file formats listed opposite, we do NOT charge any additional fees over and above the standard set-up fee (£15.00). If any artwork is supplied in a format other than mentioned above and does not meet our minimum requirements, an hourly artwork fee will be charged for turning the supplied artwork into a usable format for our process. Samples of your logos are sent for approval before garments are printed.

Standard set-up charge - a one off fee of £15.00

Once set-up, the design is stored on our database, meaning that next season you would not incur this cost again – as the template is already in place.

Sizes of logos:
We print logos to the Football Association recommended size. The sponsor logos will be enlarged in proportion to the maximum 200 sq cm for front of shirts and 100 sq cm for back of shirts and shorts as permitted by the F.A. unless otherwise specified. However in some cases where the style of the logo is too wide it may not be possible to print to the maximum size allowed. It may also not be possible to print full sized logos on smaller sizes of shirts 26/28 to 30/32. On an order which contains large and small jerseys we will adjust the size of logo to suit all sizes supplied.
